If tou have a problem you will lose your money
I purchased this product & the sound did not work, so I returned it to China as instructed, but after a week or so it was sent back to me with no reason for its return. I then several times for a refund so am stuck with en expensive experience! DONT BUY THIS PRODUCT

Great for the price
My expectations were pretty low when I ordered based on low price, however I was pleasantly surprised. Everything worked out of the box. My applications are mostly just web browsing, music, google docs and email.My main gripes are that the keyboard is not UK layout, and the processor isn't the fastest (fine for simple stuff not editing HD video). I has a little trouble with the system updates at first. The team selling this emailed me prior to even getting the laptop and for two days straight after receiving it, always replied very fast and was so nice about it. It was a simple fix of resetting the computer and is working amazing! I love it!
