Great as a travel bag!
Bag is pretty awesome. Not going to lie--I purchased this on a whim when it was on sale, but I actually like it a lot. There are pockets galore and zippable inside dividers. I didn't really understand the buckles on the sides, but I've used it as a way to partition the main compartment such that I can easily access one of the end flaps if need be and won't zip past where I need to. The handle on the top is pretty handy and comfortable, but I really like the hide-able backpack straps that can pop out and away as needed. Also, I think the bag itself is pretty durable and nothing about it seems flimsy. All-in-all a good impulse buy.

Misleading Dimensions
First off - I like this bag. It basically covers my need. However, I think one should be aware that the dimensions listed are misleading. The stated 26" length must include the handle, because it is more like 25" inside. 13" wide - okay. But 11" tall? No way. At the center, the interior is 8-1/4" - at each end it is 5-1/2". I bought it to replace a 26x12x12 bag, and I can't get everything from the old bag into this one. Otherwise, the cinch-straps work great. The zippers are good, though only the little pocket on the top has holes for a lock. The main compartment zippers do not. All the zippers have string-pulls - not metal. Backpack straps are comfortable, and tuck away easily for airline checked-baggage use. Handles seem tough enough to carry it fully loaded. Just don't be misled by the listed dimensions. Again, though this bag fairly well meets my needs, I probably would have purchased something else if I had known it wasn't as big as advertised.

An Essential Bag for Any Man.
Superb bag. Not sure how I lived without it all these years. Super versatile. I can pack it full and use the straps to compress the contents. It has a number of useful compartments and has handy backpack straps (hidden when not used) that make even the heaviest bag easy to carry. Not sure of the quality yet. It looks like a high quality bag and after 6 months of moderate use, it still looks brand new. Time will tell if this holds up to my abuse but so far so good. If your thinking of getting one, don't hesitate. You won't be sorry.

Other than that the quality is pretty good.
One zipper was broken on arrival. Other than that the quality is pretty good.

Initial impressions: five stars...
...but I haven't had it long. This is a very utilitarian bag, which was my hope. It has USEFUL features based on what makes sense, rather than exist as a collection of gratuitous pockets and zippers often executed poorly (if you've shopped for luggage, bags, or laptop backpacks recently you know what I'm talking about.) It's still comfortable fully loaded on my back, and doesn't fight to fall off when I use the shoulder strap. So on form factor I give this one two thumbs up.What I can't say is how it will hold up over time. No data.Bottom line: if I had to do it over again, I'd still buy it. If it got lost or stolen I'd get another.

You get what you pay for!
Nice design, but made with lousy fabric - hence the low price.

Weak plastic buckles
Good idea, but the buckle plastic is cheap and broke the first week I had it. Not durable enough :(

Solid, well made bag
Purchased this and immediately used it for an airplane trip. Was great as a carry on bag. Large enough to hold everything I needed but small enough that I could carry. Great feature that allows you to carry the bag as a backpack, or like a suitcase in your hand, or over your shoulder. Durable material and lots of pockets to hold extra smaller items. Great bag.
