Superb extended support from the team Proffisy
I had purchased the Samsung printer from abroad. I purchased the toner from Amazon India once the toner was out.When I installed the toner the printer didn’t function.I contacted proffisy directly through the whats app customer care support.Am very happy and fully satisfied customer they helped me install the toner, having understood that printer is purchased outside India. They even shipped me chip - free of cost and also shared what’s app video how to remove and install the chip.I have to mention the team is very friendly, responsive to our what’s app query and helpful. They gave me the extended support and I am able to print smoothly.I thank the entire team and it’s really professional that Amazon is tied up with highly professional partners who extend support to their customers without any hesitation.A very happy customer 😊

First of all - this is obviously now the original product - that is established and of course - it is upto us to buy or not to buyBut when you buy the product given the original itself is not available, you realise this is a complete sham. It doesn't even instal in the printer - leave alone printing. My suggestion is not to fall for such sham and try to buy the original - source it somehow so you have itUPDATE TO MY PREVIOUS REVIEW - for those who had the same experience as I did, do remember to check if your printer was purchased in the middle-east or any other country where the toner may not work. The product support team is excellent. Ms. Seher, the lady taking care of such support not only patiently guided me through the process but also quickly despatched the chip required to make the toner work on my printer (extra amount of INR 200 only) and regularly connected with me and followed up till I confirmed that it worked. She was extremely patient and understood my reaction before I even explained my problem.For this extra support alone, I am very satisfied and will continue to choose Proffisy toners.
