It's comfortable, flexible and breathable. I don't feel like it provides the best support out there but it feels good having it on. As for pain relief I don't suffer from any pain besides the pubic bone so I can't speak on that. I can see why the other reviews say it's uncomfortable and itchy. I did try it on my bare skin and it is, but that doesn't bother me bacause I wear it over my maternity pants if I'm going out (it's not bulky at all) or over my t-shirts if I'm at home. I don't recommend this if you suffer from severe pains though, then you might want to spend more money on something else.

Doesn’t actually support my belly. I’m 5’0 and 165 pregnant, normally 130 lbs. The material is scratchy and doesn’t wrap right enough to be comforting. Might be better for a larger person but just doesn’t fit my body.

I haven’t used it yet, but I did try it on and it fits good and seems to be of good quality. Would recommend for the price and quality!

I got this belly belt for a friend of mine and she was shocked at how supportive and comfortable it was right out the package. It's very nicely made and it'll be a great help to her as she's carrying low and big this time around.

The ends of the belt have several areas where the elastic "string" sticks out and pokes through fabric and pokes my senstitive skin making it pretty uncomfortable. It does support the belly, but I just wish it was more comfy.

Materiel scratches and pokes. Doesn't seem like material will last long . Wrong size to small. Sending back

Bought if for my daughter.. she likes it so far but had some spots where the hard plastic is on the Velcro that cut into her skin

Not enough support at all don’t waste your time you might as well get the tape it’s better
