Seemed to Help
With a product like this, one can't evaluate based on anything but how it made them feel--was the passage of time or the actual capsules that led toward recovery? But I'll say this, when I consistently took these, I felt better. When I didn't take them, I noticed a difference. I injured my ankle fairly severely earlier this year and, in addition to a walking boot and basic care, I was motivated to try these (especially after positive experiences with other Dr. Christopher products). This wasn't a quick cure-all (nothing really was for me in this process), but over time, I felt improvement. PROS: I felt better after taking these. It was part of a multi-faceted recovery, of course, and it's difficult to know how much any one part contributed, but I felt better with these. When I didn't take them for awhile, it felt like my recovery had slowed. CONS: The guidelines advise two capsules three times a day, and I'm not someone great at remembering to take pills and medication with any regularity. I'm just not. So I don't always remember when there's a commitment to taking them so often. As I said, when I was remembering to take them, they seemed to work. It's just a rigorous schedule that I had trouble keeping up with. I think, as part of my compressive recovery, these were seemingly safe and beneficial. I continue to use these well into my recovery to maintain my good tissue and bone health.
