No instructions whatsoever
No instructions whatsoever were included - we figured it out and it makes a good cold brew but seriously, a little guidance for this product would have been nice.

Great product!
It has been several months since I purchased this product. I purchased it specifically to brew cold coffee in the summer. It has performed well, no cracks, no chips and no issues. It makes 4 cups of coffee easily. It's sleek and cleans easily. The glass is not thick - it is delicate.
