DY517A Refrigeration Digital Manifold Gauge Meter HVAC Vacuum Pressure Temperature Tester Full Kit with Test Clip and Pipe

Works great tested against testos and field lines. I'm very protective with my guages so I don't know how durable it is but I love it. Only complaint would be the temp clamps connection has very delicate prongs as others have said so I bought extra just in case. Haven't had any issues yet, very good value for the price.

I bought this equipment about 2 weeks ago, but today I have chance to use but the hose connect to service vavle not fix and the control not work correct , my system a/c use 410a but pressure gauges read 240 low side and 780 pisg????I think they had defected from manufactureBut I happy when I call customer service from Amazon then they say will refund to my account if I send it back

I needed a solution, when I was told by the AC guy that I needed more R410a in my system. I wasn't about to pay $$$ for his services and the R410A. I viewed several Youtube videos and DIY sites.The Pros:1. Researched manual and digital gauges. I finally settled on the DUOYI DY517A because it had similar functions to the Testo and Fieldmaster digital gauges. The manual gauges require manual calculations.2. I was able to purchase the DUOYI DY517A and 5lbs of 410a for half of what the AC guy was upcharging.3. Takes guess work out of Superheat and Supercool calculations. The digital temperature clamps helped me with the approach method that Lennox uses to figure proper cooling.4. Protective caseThe Cons:1. The instructions are minimal but if you do your homework and download the specs for your AC system it will work for you.2. The only downside to this gauge and hoses are the seals. Make sure you check for the seals once you remove hoses. The pressure from the system will blow the seals onto the ground. They are easily replaced once found. That explains all of the negative seal comments.Overall I was satisfied with completing the job and having a digital gauge that took all of the guess work out of refilling a AC system.

This is a great digital meter for the price. This, in conjunction with the supercool app is all you need.

When it arrived, just looking at it, was not too impressed. Then after using it for a couple of weeks found it frustrating. The most irritating is that you must constantly "ZERO" out the gauges. There would be times that if the gauges were turned on, and not attached, you would need the zero it out because it was 7-15 psi out. Never really believed the pressure and at times the temperature reading for the clamp-on sensor. These gauges need to go back.

Worked great. Very nicely built. My husband was able to diagnose the issue with the AC and fix it. Now my home has cold ac again!!

Had them for 2 months and they broke. I recommend not wasting your money like I did.
