Easy to assemble, but then again I have assembled hundreds of pieces of furniture. I'm the guy that every one calls when they get something to be assembled.All the pieces and hardware were included. Some people have mentioned that hardware to attach the charging plate to the stand was not included. That is true, while you are waiting for this to come in run to Lowes, Home Depot, Ace, etc and get a package of 10-24 x 1 inch machine screws with nuts and washers and you will be all set. Be careful attaching the basket and shelves. The nuts are very small and can get cross threaded.A hex (Allen) wrench and open end wrench are included all you need is a Phillips (cross point) screwdriver to assemble this stand.

This product meets my expectations and needs perfectly. This stand is heavy, solid and seems like it will hold up long term. It was easy to put together. I'm using it for my Dyson V8 and it holds all the accessories with room for a few more. The only minor quibble is that it did not come with the bolts to attach the mount that came with the Dyson. My Dyson only came with wood/drywall screws to mount it into the wall. So I had to make a trip to Lowes to buy a couple bolts/nuts, which cost a couple bucks, no big deal.

I did not have the screw/bolt issues others have noted, but the basket is badly out of square (and should be much higher up to give more space to the shelf beneath it) and the cable clips while good to have are too loose so do not keep the cable taught. There were a few scratches on the upright poles out of the box, even though the outer box did not have damage. I did have to run to the hardware store for bolts to attach Dysons's wall mount plate to this since what comes with the Dysons's are wall anchors and screws, but this is not MasterPart's issue.

I bought this stand for my V10. This works just okay with me because now I can put my V10 on the stand. That's it. Nothing more than that. I can hang my V10 on this stand and save space. Don't expect rugged or good looking from this stand.
