Best for the Price
Just to let you know: A few years back I purchased a 20v Drill from Black and Decker and was amazingly surprised that it worked so well. Especially since it was priced much lower than other brands. This new hammer drill that I recently purchased is actually one of the best investments I have ever made; and; for the price, if you need one you are nuts for not buying this. I have had a large outdoor umbrella on a stand that I previously had bricks stacked on all four legs to keep it from falling over. Within an hour, I drilled 8 holes into cement and screwed them down with 2 1/2 screws. It is now very sturdy and is permanetly connected to the cement slab. (which can be removed if I decide to move it somewhere else. If you have any doubts about Black and Decker drills, forget them. These are fine products well deserving of a 5 rating.

It works, just not well.
I didn't go to harbor freight instead I bought a name brand Black & Decker drill paying a little more thinking I would get something a little better quality. I should have gone with a harbor freight cheapy. When using the hammer drill the bits constantly come loose no matter how much you try to tighten them. Also overall it seems to be pretty cheaply made

Worked great on tough projects!
Best $50 I have ever spent on Amazon. This inexpensive hammer drill worked great. Powerful and reliable. A+

DO NOT BUY!
Absolute garbage. The stability handle literally started burning and melting after just a couple of minutes, plastic smoking and flying everywhere. Should never happen. I expect more from B&D, where is quality control? I’ve had it way too long to return but have only used it twice. Very disappointing.

Better than expected for the price. Lightweight too. Comes in handy for any projects where you need to drill into masonry.

Hammerdrills fine into concrete with the smaller bits I used so far. The handle collar is difficult to correctly position and tighten. It slipped forward unnoticed and got chewed up badly. A far better tightening system would be a twist handle which is common to similar drills I've used in the past.

It's easy to drill a hole on the concrect or stone. It's very good product.
