JANNIK Cat Litter Deodorizer 20oz

Love this stuff. Pour it directly on to any area where an accident occurred (sometimes my baby squats too close to the edge of the litter box and pees over the edge - purposefully, I'm pretty sure - grrr....)... Anyway, just wipe up the "accident", then pour this product onto the floor to get rid of the smell that's inevitably left behind even after wiping up... It also actually soaks up whatever liquid had seeped into the laminate wood flooring, too - just let it it sit until you see it change color indicating that it has soaked up the liquid, then sweep or vacuum it up. I'm sure it would work the same way on carpet, too, although I haven't needed to try that out yet.

I'm a college student, and my cat's living with me. Due to the limited room arrangement options, my cat's littler box is right under my lofted bed... which is in small room in a basement. So you could say I was a little desperate to find something that would help fight the smell.I got this back in September, and I've definitely noticed a difference in the odor. Directly, it smells kinda citrus-y, and it's also very potent. I clean my cat's litter box about once every 3 days, and I sprinkle a bit of this on top of the litter when I'm done. The first day it definitely helps to prevent the smell. But around day 3, it starts to smell a bit like poopy perfume. Part of this is probably due to the fact that my cat likes to dig in her litter box for fun, and this causes the deodorizer to sink to the bottom of the box. I Know that it sinks down because when I clean her box, there's a little layer of yellow powder at the bottom. The particles of this are much smaller than the litter, so all it takes is gravity and a digging accomplice.Overall, this is better than baking soda in helping prevent that lovely litter box smell, although its scent does fade after a while.

This is a staple in my home! I mix some in with my initial cat litter change and add a little more each time I change the box. Works like a charm! The room where the box is always smells pretty fresh and the deodorizer kills any nasty odors right away. i will always have a couple boxes on hand.

Best cat litter box deodorizer ever! Not harsh for the cats. Not sweet smelling. Good grade to the powder. Easy to use container. Convenient container. Cats do not shy away from their litter boxes when this product is used.

This product works great. You can shake some into the litter with each new box change for odor prevention. Also, this works GREAT mid-week between box-changing days, you just shake a bit in, and it instantly freshens up the whole area. I've been using it for a while now and think it definitely goes above & beyond what it says it does, so I thought it was time to post a review. Highly recommend if you have indoor cats!

The product has a good smell, not very strong BUT it did not work as mentioned by pervious reviewers. I had to add it to the litter box many times a day and barely removed the smell. Baking powder / soda is still the best! #disappointed

The local grocery store makes a bargain brand that is half the price of this and smells much better. I won't be buying this again.

This helps to freshen up your litter box every day until you are ready to change the whole litter. The smell is amazing and it's great at mastering the smell of cat urine..just a few shakes of the poser than you stir it up well. I use the Tidy cats Breeze pellet litter as it is so easy easy to clean and the litter lasts a long time!
