MISSING SCREWS = USELESS - UPDATE!
UPDATE! - Wow...feeling a tad silly. So since I tried to email via Amazon and that never went through I decided to try their actual website to see if I could email them. They didn't have an email but they did have a support chat function. When I explained my problem they said the "screws" are already sunk into the cantilever piece (kinda hard to explain w/out pictures). SO when you just look at it and the base it appears that you should have some kind of screw to put INTO the hole (cuz that is how screws work) and the directions say to screw the pieces together. But the screw is a TINY piece already embedded in the cantilever and when you pop it into the base with the holes lined up the hex key helps you thread the tiny embedded "screw" into the base. The chat support person was very helpful and even sent pictures super zoomed in and with the "screw" separate so I could see the parts finally. Once I understood it took me all of 30 seconds to put it together. So the actual device is great once you have it together. But the directions are a tad unclear and I did mention that to the support agent. I still don't have the piece to connect to the underside of a desk but that doesn't really matter to me since I want to be able to move mine around and use it under my table and my desk as well.I was truly excited about this. My BFF has one and loves it. However- it requires two small screws (they appear to be hex screws which are odd) to connect the cantilever to the base and the SCREWS ARE MISSING! Therefore the entire thing is totally useless as I cannot connect it to my desk (I use a keyboard tray). Not to mention the piece to connect to a desk is also MIA so I don't even have that option anyway. I emailed via Amazon and got a message saying SitFlow's email wasn't working. NO idea if they got my message. The box is so bulky it will be a hassle to mail back. I just need the screws to connect the base. If anyone from SitFlow sees this - PLEASE HELP!

Keeps you moving and overall is better than I expected!
I'm pretty happy with this purchase (stand model). It works better than I expected and it really helps you to keep moving, whether you stay in a "passive" mode or exercise in a more deliberate pattern. I would agree that it improves focus a little bit, too. I was slightly disappointed at the price difference between mounted vs. stand models but overall the pricing was still less than other options and now that it has arrived the stand seems to be of acceptable quality. Overall the device is heavier-duty, and the foot-pads are larger than I expected. Both of those came as pleasant surprises. The best part of all is how easily it integrates into your workplace without distracting others, being too obvious, or requiring much set-up. I like that it is also easily portable.

Good so far
Day 2, and I am finding it to be kind of addicting. It took a little while to figure out how to place my feet and move in comfortable ways. I had to switch to a chair that could be adjusted higher than the one I was previously using. Overall I love it so far. A couple of minor issues:1. I have the freestanding one, and it tends to move around a bit, inching further away from me as the day goes on. I probably adjusted the position 4 or 5 times.2. One of the plastic feet keeps coming off.

Good design, may not fit under all desks
This is a great idea, but for the price it would benefit greatly from the stand having an adjustable height. The strap itself can be shortened, but to get it high enough to clear the shelf under my desk it has to be shortened completely, and then does not swing.Otherwise it's pretty solid, as someone with circulation issues I was looking for some kind of way to keep moving and blood flowing without the noise of an excercise machine, and although range of motion is restricted it still works for that.

Falls apart
I bought this product for working at my desk to keep my legs moving. It’s ok. It’s slides away from me on the floor. And the pins that hold it together disappeared. I use it sometimes but it’s not worth this much money. Especially since it randomly falls apart

Glad I bought this!
I sit from 8 to 6 five days a week in a call center environment so there is no opportunity for walking around if you are not on break or lunch. I was getting restless from sitting so much. It's great to be able to have movement even though I am sitting. I don't feel as antsy now that I am able to swing my feet about. I noticed my feet don't feel cold like they used to and I'm thinking it must be the movement. Wish I would have made the purchase sooner.

Hove Experience
I was skeptical about this, but I really like it. You dont have to think about it. I was confused about the strap process. I dont understand the blue vs. black strap, and how to use them.

Nice attempt, but the pad falls off.
My right foot pad started falling off about 3 months into use. The build quality of this item, for the price paid, is terrible. The concept is great; the manufacturing/QC leaves a lot to be desired.
