For Verizon users, please read
My review is meant for Verizon users. First of all, I bought this phone which I am more than glad to say is phenomenal in pars with all the more expensive high end phones. The reason why I gave it 3 stars was not because if performance issues. It's being falsely advertised as being Verizon compatible. In theory it supports the Verizon bandwidth but in reality, OnePlus fails to mention that it's not a CDMA phone. That translates into..when put your Verizon sim card, the network fails to recognize the phone. Its fully functional regarding calls and data, but it doesnt receive SMS. So if u need the service to verify apps, banking..etc. you wont have that benifit. I bought it and contacted verizon a few times and visited the store few times to attempt to solve the problem, but that failed. In the forums, the other users claim that there is an easy fix which is to contact Verizon and have them register the device as CDMA less. Some people reported success with that. When I contacted the techs and their supervisors they didn't know what the hell I was talking about. They raised tickets a few times but the problem was not solved. Verizon kept on denying compatibility. I contacted OnePlus tech support and they had me play around with settings and stuff, but still we failed to resolve the issues. I eventually returned the phone because of all the above. I gave it 3 stars because I think it was blunt fault advertising. OnePlus should communicate with Verizon and register the phone officially as being network compatible if they really care about the customers. There should not be unconventional ways to solve a network problem. Other than that, the phone is impressive.

Don't buy from Amazon if you're in North America.
This is the second OnePlus 6t I've purchased from Amazon. The first came with everything written in Chinese, and when I brought it down to T-mobile, I was told it had a 'Region Lock' on it, and couldn't be connected in North America. OK, I knew it was a International version (A0010), but I figured it would work here in San Jose, CA, since they are selling it to me here. Nope. So, I sent it back, got my $559.00 back. A week later, I add $120 to the $559 and purchased a North American model (A0013) I sent Amazon $679 ($710 including case). Today I get another Chinese phone. Model A0010, with a fake A0013 sticker over the original laser label of A0010! Total ripoff. Yes, they say they will refund me. But that's another week without a phone. Warning: Amazon will allow ANYONE to sell through them. If they pay, they can play. It used to be that Amazon was a place you could trust. Not anymore. It's too bad. They'll be losing my business.

The ONEPLUS 6T is a game changer
Before I purchase the phone I did about a month of research into the company I research their specs of the phone durability phone then the battery life of the phone but also search the company to find out how could a company produce a flagship phone for this price in a market design the way it is today everything that I came back with was very positive about the OnePlus 6t the way I use my phone is crucial to what my success in my job place I speak to individuals of multiple races and I use my Google language in order to have communication with these individuals where we cannot communicate without this process so the speed and ability of this phone is excellent I highly recommend

Bad battery life
I was hoping this phone would be better than my OnePlus3T, but the battery life is horrible. Even with all apps closed, Wifi off, Data off, brightness on maybe 15-20%, and battery optimization on, it loses 10% in about 30 minutes just from viewing texts. I am very disappointed.

Love it !
I'm still learning the phone but so far I'm enjoying it. I downloaded the manual and read it. I just wish there was more info in the manual about setting up all the features. The manual really only explains what some of the features of the phone are. I knew most of that when I ordered it. I will tell you the girl at the network provider must have said 10 times how she loved this phone and wish they sold it. So, when I figure everything out, maybe I'll add on to this review.

Ordered ONEPLUS A6013 Received ONEPLUS A6010
Got the phone late today. Drove 25 miles to town to get it activated by Verizon. Phone activated worked well. Get home and finish charging it. Find out on 'About phone' screen this phone is Model ONEPLUSE A6010 and not Model ONEPLUS A6013 that I ordered. I am not happy and I will pursue this further in the morning with Amazon.

Not A6013. Got model A6010
The description title says A6013 model. What I got was model A6010 for Chinese market. This model is not supported by my wireless provider. had to return. Too bad since seemed to be a great phone. Wonderful flagship feel in hand and great menu speeds. Very upset. Oneplus no longer sells this product.
