Not sure on the exact dimensions but they work well on both the razor and Logitech gaming headsets. Wonderful at preventing your ears from sweating.

Will cover my sony mdr-zx310 ?

They're elastic around the edges, however those headphones appear to have smaller ear pads. These cloth ear covers are best used with headsets that fully encompass your entire ear.

will this fit on my sound true around ear Bose head phone ??

They are not designed for those however the elastic around the edge of the cloth ear cover should allow them to stay secured to the headset.

Is the material like 't-shirt' cotton, or 'sweatshirt' weight cloth?
