I figured this NOW Supplement (UC-II Advanced Joint Relief) was worth a try as I trust the brand. Although this has apparently helped some folks with mobility and pain, it didn't make any difference for me after over 45 days of daily intake.

WHAT THE HELL! This stuff is AWESOME! I did my due diligence and researched collagen via good scholar, and over the years I have not been good to my knees in my youth ( track and field, gymnastics, and now skying). I have a potential torn meniscus (mri pending), but I'd swear after 1 week the pain has decreased 75%! Together with black seed oil caps this is truly remarkable. All of my joints feel so much better and no synthetic drugs!! Doing my happy dance ( with my immobilizer on of course)👌🏾👍🏽💃🏽💃🏽

This collagen supplement has an immediate effect on my GI health and more gentle than other powdered collagen (type I & III) supplements I’ve tried. (I have severe gut dysbiosis.) I initially purchased this as a complement to the other collagens and to help with some cartilage injuries in my knees and toe. Not sure I’ve seen a difference with those injuries, as PRP has been the treatment tohelp my injuries the most. But I will keep buying this for its GI effect.
