Whiskas Savory Pate Turkey And Giblets Dinner Wet Cat Food Trays 3.5 Ounces (Pack Of 24)

For some reason my local store had quit carrying this, and my cat, Annie, was not happy about it.This smells so good I have been tempted to make a sandwich with it. Annie goes crazy when I open it. And the case price from Amazon is only a few pennies more than I used to pay at my store for the same number of cans plus it comes right to my front door. Love it.

This is the only wet food my cat will eat so I thought it would be good to buy a case. Opening the carton, I was not pleased to find many of the food packs in poor shape. One was kind of bulging. I ended up throwing away about a third of the contents. The rest were fine.

The food looks a little different than the ones we get on the store. Meat is darker and smell is a bit different. One cat will not eat it but she is picky. Other one has no problem, but he would probably eat dirt if I put it on a plate. I still need to get this flavor at the pet store for the other cat so she can eat. Not sure what she smells that puts her off.

If you are reading this chances are you have a cat, so you know, I can't tell you if you're cat will eat this or not, but, all 7 of mine like all the Whiskas in a tub. With 7 cats, what I like best about this is I can open it without any cat hearing it. That means if 1 or 2 missed the main meal, or need special feedings (like medication added) I can do it quietly without the whole crew running in demanding their fair share. I feed the Whiskas about 1/4 of the time. They all have their favorites, but I feed can food most of the time due to the cost. Whiskas is priced well in line with other foods of that size, but again with 7 cats, I need a larger size. But all my cats like all the Whiskas line of foods, their dry, the pouch, esp the purrfectly tuna and all the tub food.It is a nice pate texture with juice/gel around the outside. The texture and juice/gel is always consistent, not dry one time and liquid the next, always the same firm yet moist pate with the juice/gel around the outside. (juice/gel is just that, mostly juice but a bit of the gel like you see with meat).

My 3 cats all love this flavor, Whiskas Captain's Catch. It's simple to pull open, mix up, and split up. It's like pate in a sauce, so you've got to be careful when you mix it up, otherwise sauce will end up on your counters. Same with opening it--open it flat. When you mix it up, it has a nice fluffy consistency, easy to scoop out.I used to get super-premium cat food, spending $1.50 per can. Now I serve them Captain's Catch for their p.m. treat, and save myself lots of money. Thanks Whiskas.One of my cats eats very fast, then goes for the other cat's food, so I mash her portion flat on her plate. It slows her down so that the other cats get enough time to eat.I recommend. Plus, doesn't "stink".
