A good brown rice flour
It’s expensive, like, very expensive, but it works great in my gluten-free baking. It’s very finely ground, and less gritty than other rice flours.

Gluten Free Baking
Gluten free flours come from several companies. This superfine rice Authentic Foods flour bakes perfect muffins, cakes, and brownies. Use by weight, not by volume. 1 cup is approximately 5 oz.

Excellent Brown Rice Flour
Great finely milled brown rice flour. Makes excellent gf sour dough that is light and soft. I definitely recommend as I have to have nut free also. Please bring this back in stock

Super fine is right!
When they say superfine, they mean it. 👍 I make my own gluten free flour blend using a variety of specialty flours. I’ve tried various brands but all except this one are gritty and make for leaden baked goods. Thanks for a solid product that actually lives up to its name!

Wonderful fine flour for my gluten free sourdough and baking in general. Just wish it weren’t so pricey.

Great gluten free flour
Most of the better glutrn free recipes I have used call for brown rice flour and this one is the best one I've found. Definately worth it if your recipe calls for those type.
