Best option available, but it's a good one!
So I searched for a kitchen mounted, foaming hand soap dispenser and searched everywhere (not just Amazon) and couldn't find one for under $300 besides this one. I was concerned with the negative reviews, but really want to try one, so I got it. Let me assure you, the negative reviews are not warranted. Let me address some of them:1) Installation is SUPER easy. I've installed 3 of these, several faucets, etc. This was the easiest I've EVER done. ACTUALLY didn't need tools (you shouldn't use them). As long as you can reach the top and bottom of the hole, then you can install yourself and hand tighten.2) Filling is easy! It includes clear instructions, but you just take off the top and pour in. Shouldn't have to go under the counter ever again (for this one).3) Use 'foaming hand soap'. Don't try to make your own foaming soap by mixing water & non-foaming soap - of course it's not going to work. Use the right stuff. You can buy it in bulk cheap and it's concentrated so it goes a long way. One of the main benefits of using foaming hand soap.4) It clearly includes a reminder (that you should already know) that you should push down on the top, not on the long, slim spout, or obviously it will break. Levers/fulcrums/mechanical advantage....In the spirit of 'Breaking Bad' : Physics, b**ch!5) I can't speak for others, but I have no noticed any different 'gold tint' and it looks the same next to my other dish soap dispenser and faucet that are also a polished stainless steel finish.I don't know - my only beef is that the dish soap dispenser next to it was $8 and this one was $40. Doesn't really need to be that expensive, does it? But considering the other options were $300-400, it's the best option around.I admit I've had it installed for two weeks now, but I use it daily and so far everything is great. I'll update my review if I develop problems, but I'm 5 star happy so far and don't think the negative reviews are warranted.

I am quite happy with it
I have just installed the Foaming Soap Dispenser from Kitchen-Classics today (May 29th 2015). I am quite happy with it. Hopefully this will last for years.Pros:price was very reasonable for a stainless steel top (not plastic)Amazon shipping was free and fastlooks goodwas easy to installinstructional video was very helpfulhas a 5 year replacement warrantycustomer support is eager to help in case of an issueappears to be a high quality item with a strong springworks well with foaming soap (1-3 squirts should do it - depending on your soap)opening the cupboard door and looking at the soap bottle will indicate when you are running low as bottle is somewhat transparentcan easily be filled from the top by unscrewing the top assembly, or if you prefer, you could unscrew the bottle and fill it directly. This would help prevent overfilling, but I just measured a little under 2 cups and it was good.Cons:1) It seems to catch a bit when depressing, This could be because the spring is strong and new, perhaps this will lessen with use.2) The spout is not turned down as much as I would like. I cupped my hand a couple of inches below the nozzle and the foam shot out and flew about a foot across the sink. (You can see how the soap shoots out in their instructional video). Holding your hand higher and closer over the nozzle will prevent this, and this is not a show stopper, but it could surprise a few guests! This would be a 5 star item if the nozzle pointed a bit more downward projecting the foam into the palm of your hand, rather than across the sink.

Works okay but....
I was not able to find a big selection of sink mounted foaming soap containers. So far it works okay for pumping but loses one star because the unit is a stainless steel finish that has a gold-ish tint that others have mentioned. The other star is lost because I was not able to figure a way to fill it from the top. The unit did not come with install instructions or a link to this supposed video mentioned in the item description. Granted it was easy to install, but if there really is a trick to installing it so you can fill from the top, I'd like to see it.The very top portion does come off ,but it would be near impossible to fill without taking forever and make a mess with such tiny opening.Luckily this is for our bathroom sink and not the kitchen so it's not too hard to remove it from the bottom and refill.I will keep it until I am able to find a unit that can be filled from the top with a better finish.Edited to add that I saw where someone showed the trick to allow it to be removed from the top to add soap. My unit may be a different or updated version (to make it cheaper I assume). ON mine the screwed portion was already attached to the top and thus cannot be screwed off.
