Hampton ForgeLexington 66-Piece Flatware Set,

I wanted a middle of the road set of silverware for daily use and these were spot on. They aren’t super light like a cheap set but also not heavy like a high end set. We have really nice silverware for holidays but it’s just too heavy for everyday use. This set was exactly what I was looking for and you can’t beat the price.

I had a hampton set that these looked identical to online. Well they are lighter, thinner, less shiny, slightly smaller. Not premium.

I have an old set of Lexington flatware from Hampton and have enjoyed using it. They are not flimsy like most flatware out there; they are substantial. After several years of use some pieces have gone missing so I wanted to replace them. I ordered the same pattern from Hampton that I already own. Much to my surprise, the new flatware is thin and flimsy. Please see the attached pictures with original pieces on the left and the new pieces on the right. They have sacrificed quality and now I will have to find some decent flatware from another manufacturer. Shame on you for trying to pass this off as the same pattern. I will be returning this junk.

I bought this product for a Christmas gift and I know they will really like it. Not only is it a nice looking flatware set, it is great quality for the price and included the hostess set. A good buy.

I like the sturdiness of this flatware set... and that it is a large enough set that we no longer have the mismatched hodgepodge flatware when we have dinner guests

Good price but the product is very flimsey. Easy to bend the spoons especially. I wouldn't recommend this if you are looking for a quality set of stainless flatware.

This is an excellent silverware set to buy if you want a large quantity of spoons, forks, and knives from the get go, but it does come at a cost in terms of quality.Don't get me wrong, I have used several that are way worse than this set, but every piece of this silverware set (especially the knives) are on the thinner side. Because of the thinner design of this set, some of the pieces can be uncomfortable to hold for long periods of time as I had some issues with it digging into my fingers depending on how I was holding it. I also had some issues with a couple spoons bending when scooping out ice cream into a bowl, but the thinness also makes them fairly easy to bend back in shape too.Overall, I don’t think this is a horrible set, but it isn't comfortable to use and you can have some issues with the pieces bending depending on how much stress you are putting on them. However, it isn't the worst value in the world. Silverware sets, especially where I live, have gotten very expensive, so for 66 pieces, I'd still recommend this set if you really need new silverware or if you are stocking a new home. However, if you are concerned about the quality and comfort, then I would do more research into alternative options before making a decision.Thanks for reading.
