electric mixers are annoyingly loud. I bought to mix hummus, bread dough,etc. It's not for kneading, and I suppose youcould use it like a spoon for stirring liquids, but where it really shines is mixing, especially something like a sticky flat bread dough where many might use their fingers to mix. I've not used it as a whisk, probably not work as well as a whisk.It also worked well mixing croquant de cortes cookies, sticky, little flour and almonds.

I was skeptical that it would make much different using this whisk versus the traditional whisk. I used it the other day for the first time to mix up peanut butter cookie dough. OMG! It was so much easier to blend everything together. If you don't have one, buy one.

Wonderful utensil. I use it for homemade dumplings and what a dream it is to clean. Also so easy for mixing doughs that require quite a bit of stirring - Mixes easily without wearing your arms out. Love the product!

I bake homemade bread from scratch...I wore a larger one of these out...that I purchased at a kitchen store in Steamboat Colorado over 25 yrs. Ago they blend bread dough, heavy cake dough just terrific I don't want to be without this wonderful tool!!!

I love the idea of this product and was hoping it would be great to use but it’s too big to comfortably use while cooking. The handle is bulky and long, probably very durable and will last forever but can’t leave it in a pan or bowl without it flipping out and on the floor. Too big for storing in the drawer with the other utensils.

I was recommended this dough hook and I am SO happy I purchased it. States lifetime warranty hope that’s true! Great price and works great.

I bought one of these for myself and enjoyed it so much that now I’m buying this handy little tool for my friends. I love the air it adds to my eggs and whipping cream! So easy to clean, I may never use my mixer again!

Best whisk for pizza dough. I usually have to add extra water when I mix pizza dough but this mixes it thoroughly and quickly. Bought another for my MIL already
