How can I costumize this cards ? Can I email file to go on it

Are these cards already programmed to access any gate kind of like a master key or will I have to program them when I get them?

They are programmed with specific facility codes that your reader should be preset to read..

Are these cards CR-80?

Will these work from inside a cell phone case?

Based on my experience with keycards like these, they should unless something in your cell phone cancels the card. My co-workers all keep their key cards in a wallet or purse and never need to remove them. They just swipe the wallet or purse and the door unlocks.
