Item was nice but unfortunately broken in transit. Contacted seller and have no complaints at all with customer service. Recvd discount and fixed item at home with bit of glue. Very happy, was going to give as gift but under circumstances kept for myself.

The nutcracker soldier arrived just as it was described no paint chips anywhere and was well packed.

Nice product, but took 5 weeks to arrive and too late to give as a Xmas present. No use to me now. Had to buy something else to replace it.

Item arrived much quicker than the 5-week delivery date I was given. The box that it arrived in was battered but fortunately the solder was undamaged and he’s lovely. Much better made than what I was expecting, given the cost of it.

I loved these soldiers and I got them to go either side of my fireplace for xmas and they look fantastic.

Good sturdy ornament bought for Christmas...... lovely bright colours and worth the money!

Liked the actual product but was disappointed that it was damaged.There was no packing around the product just the box in a plastic postage bag.There was a jagged crack around the top of the boots of the Nutcracker Soldier.
