the pillow and the bag were as soft as people reported.
I admit that I was a bit skeptical when I first bought it,the pillow arrived within two days (Prime) and when I unpacked it, the pillow and the bag were as soft as people reported. I had the opportunity to use the pillow on six recent 5 hour flights and it performed perfectly.you will never sleep comfortably on an airplane unless you're in business class or above. It took about 45 seconds to inflate and was easy to adjust. So just buy one already.It was comfortable with the bumps up or down and it remained cool throughout my flight. Deflation and storage back in the bag were equally easy. Once packed, it took up very little space in my backpack. Finally, and most importantly, it’s got a velvety material that feels great and is super comfortable.
