Favorable for visualization
Definitely puts portion size into perspective and for this reason alone this book is valuable. Makes it quitesimple to look at a chicken breast and say to self, ahhh, I think I only need "half" that chicken breast and savethe other half for lunch. Or instead of living without ice cream realizing a small scoop of ice cream for a 100 calories ismuch better than a large ice cream or nothing. Makes it easier to "visualize" calories in 100 segments.

Pretty basic
While the 100 calorie portions are useful, I didn't really get the gist of how to combine them into meals or how much to eat even.Obviously if you overeat 100 calorie portions, you'll still gain weight.A lot of general weight loss information took up most of the first few chapters. Stuff most people already know.Many of the portions are listed in weights, which isn't helpful without a scale.It was ok, but to really use the 100 calorie portions, you would still have to build your own meals.

Not as much information as I had hoped. It is more of a good beginning than a whole book and lacks details one needs.

Very useful.
When I want a 100 calorie snack, I can just grab the book and find something very quickly. Hundreds of foods on the list.

Good book with Jorge Cruise Those 100 count only Sugar Calories.

Not very useful
I could not get to grips with this book. The size is good but I really wanted a calorie count of basic foods as I cook from scratch most of the time. A lot of the foods listed are American products which are not useful for me.

Somewhat useful
This is somewhat useful but most of the foods listed are American and therefore noise to me. Good if you are following a restricted 100 calorie diet as it lists the foods and the amounts.

Interesting
This book was an interesting read especially if you are new to dieting.Quite a bit of thought has gone Into the book and it has lots of handy hints and tips too. But it offers nothing new.

Gives good insigjht into this diet
When I followed the diet it works, but need to stick to the plan. Good luck all you dieters, I think we all need it.

Diet Counter
I used one of these years ago. I was very impressed on all the information information it gives you on the different foods. This really helped me with my diet.
