Excellent product to secure any card whilst stencilling

I've seen these used on youtube to help with Die placement for cards so bought some. They are sticky but not too much that they'll tear your paper so perfect for crafting with Highly recommended Elizabeth Hair

I'm really happy this product came to the market, as it has solved a niggling issue I had with stamping on my TH stamping platforms. I didn't get on with the magnets that came with the platform, as I found they were preventing a good stamped image being achieved if they were too close to the stamp itself. I switched to washi tape for awhile to hold the paper/card in place but this obviously got in the way of the stamping design. So the Sizzix sticky grid sheets have solved all those issues for stamping. I haven't tried it for die cutting - I don't think would want to waste them in that way.

I only recently discovered this product, and it's perfect for holding dies in place on the cutting plates. I was cutting dies with detail dies that needed to be precisely positioned inside the main die. The sticky grid allows you to easily line things up, and the same positioning can be held for multiple passes through the die cutting machine. Loved so much I bought a second packet.

I thought the grid sheet would have been thicker, but I am happy with this product.

These are a little pricey but a game changer for stamping without magnets these mats are very good but the sticky is stronger than I expected and card really sticks, I have started covering some of it up so the card releases better but now I have used them I do not want to go back to magnets.

Does what it should

After much consideration I bought this to use in my magnetic stamping platforms and it has made life easier. Magnets are not needed which is a boon, my stamping card is gently but firmly held in place and I can restamp with confidence.

After reading reviews of this product, I decided it was just what I needed to hold my cardstock in place in my stamp positioner. It works very well for this, and eliminates the need for magnets which often get in the way. I'm so glad I bought it.

These are absolutely essential if you need to place dies accurately. I use them extensively any time I need to position dies that might slip or need to be centered, spaced exact distances from one another, ir lined up evenly. They are indispensable for placing windows and door opening in the tiny houses in Tim Holtz’s Paper Village and his Village Collection. They are also perfect for lining up letters in font dies. The secret is the grid that allows exact positioning which would be impossible otherwise. My only complaint is that they leave a sticky residue on the die cuts but this does rub off easily and is well worth the trade off for me.
