Good snug fit
Good snug fit. Looks elegant. Doesn't make the phone look bulky. When I got it for the first time, the back was kind of slippery but now I'm used to it. The cut outs are perfect for the buttons and charging port.Never dropped the phone so far, hence not sure about the protection. But the front portion of the case protrudes so I guess should provide protection to the screen.Giving 4 stars only because I felt the back portion could have been better to give more grip.

2nd place to Spigen
I was really hoping to love this case... but I don't. The case this replaced was a Spigen dual-layer case that looks suspiciously similar to the Caseology case - could be the same manufacturer (I don't know). The *only* reason I replaced my Spigen case is that the hole through which the mic must work on the Spigen is tiny - a millimeter *maybe*. Other than that, the Spigen is *very* well made. Of note, the volume and power buttons are built into the *outer* piece (the edge surround piece) of the case and as such have a much more positive tactile feel to them - they replicate the "snap" of the button on the phone itself. On the Caseology case, on the other hand, those buttons are rubber and part of the inner layer. The Caseology buttons have almost zero tactile feedback - so when you press one you really have no "feel" that you're actually engaging the button - and you have to push significantly harder.. Additionally, the inner layer of the Caseology case is far less rubbery and more plasticy (much harder material) - it makes me wonder how much cushion it will offer in the event of a drop. It also means that the caseology slides much easier when face-up - which is not a good thing in my opinion. Bottom line - I'll go back to spigen and just drill out the mic hole.

What about the camera?
Case seems to be pretty protective. My only real problem with the item is actually a pretty big one. Why is the case camera cutout almost exactly the same depth as the camera lens. Where is the protection for the camera. I didn't buy a case to mildly protect the screen or just protect the edges. This is really really weird and makes the case almost pointless. To make my point a little more impactful to a potential buyer; my blind friend pointed this weird flaw in a phone case to me, so it really doesn't take much to see this is a very poor excuse for a case. I wonder what the designer was thinking. In summary, this is a very poor case as far as "phone" protection. If you want a case to just protect the sides and barely, just barely protect the screen, just get a much cheaper clear one they sell on this site.

Good cover, but just not for me.
I hate to give this cover a lower score than the 5 stars but there is a reason as to why I did it.I will start off by saying that the cover definitely would protect your phone more so than if you didn't have one on. That is a bonus no matter what. The problem I have with this cover is that it is so bulky! It is no secret that this phone (Note 4) is already a big one, but with this case, it really makes it huge!Secondly, the finish on the back of the phone is a lot less tacticle than I would have guessed from the photos. Seller does a good job with the phots, but it is difficult to asses the lack of tactile feel through pictures. The OEM cover has a great feel to it because it has a sense of grip. This cover makes it so that the phone can more easily slip out of your hand, more so than OEM that is.Lastly, I will say that this last point is more of a personal thing, but as soon as I saw the cover, it seemed and felt more like a feminin cover. I was going with black to be more subtle, but the back cover almost "blings". I did not like that aspect of the cover at all.A pro to this cover though is that the buttons lay perfectly with the OEM ones, and pressing them is as good as if the cover wasn't there. I know a few friends with the same phone and with a cover that have to press the buttons a lot more because their covers are stiff. No such problem with this one.In the end, I just am not satisfied with the product and I will be getting another one. My friend showed me his Spigen cover in black and that cover seems more in line for what I was looking for. It was very tacticle, more so than mine, and it was a much slimer case that made the phone feel just overall more sleek.

Great case, good value
Excellent case. Apparently earlier models of this case had a problem with Verizon's version of the Note 4 because they messed with the location of the microphone and made it so the microphone got covered up and blocked call audio. However, the information on this case says that problem was resolved and a new design was created to replace the old version. Looking at the case, I see where they changed a single hole to a stretched oval that allows for both regular Note 4 phones like my own as well as those who have Verizon phones so it appears it no longer matters which carrier you use.As a case, these cases are nice. I got one with a gold trim and red leather appearance on the back and another with a silver metal looking trim and a carbon fiber texture back and both of these case versions are quite nice.If I have to make any complaint at all, it is only really that the case does make the phone look thicker and wider such that your phone looks larger than it really does.On the other hand, this case does not look like a case at all and actually looks like it is part of the phone itself. One notable footnote, the audio port works fine for most headphones with a narrow standard port connector. However if you have a set of headphones where the connector is a bit thicker than most, it might not fit.I have there sets of headphones both over ear full and also earbuds and all my headphone sets connected no problem whatsoever. My son had a different brand over ear headphones and his connector was just thick enough he could not plug in his headphones with this.case.I gave him one of my headphone sets and problem solved but anyone with thicker headphone jack connectors on standard mini jack beware.Otherwise this case is great. Very eye catching.

Good, not great
Really liked it at first, but it hurts my pinky when I hold it. I definitely like the look and feel. Outside piece broke after about a month and a half.

Nothing special, just a case. However, the case ended up bending my phone over time and now it has problems...
