A relative had this steamer so we were familiar with it. We used it to melt the ice build up in our refrigerator ice box. Does the job!

Package arrive undamaged and on time. Came with everything listed. First time adding water I used cold fridge water. It wasn’t as hot as I thought as hoping. I used it on my couch. We have pets and the smell has been bothering me. I’m unable to use chemicals and figured I’d try a steamer to avoid buying new furniture. The smell seemed a little better. Second water fill I used hot water left over from hot tea kettle. I prefer the hotter steam from the second full vs the first cold fill. I used the second fill on my couch again. This time I could smell the pet smells from the steam. I think I will need to go over it multiple times for my own personal preferences, but made an improvement. The canister doesn’t last as long as I would like, however, it’s not all the time I’ll use it for large jobs like my couch. The safety button does get uncomfortable when holding for long periods. In the photos, we have a camping stove/oven that has been sitting for a few years. Our power went out and we needed it. It was dirty to the point of needing a scrubber. I used the steamer and a rag. You can see it did a great job with little to no effort. I then tried the steamer on a tougher job, our air fryer. The first photo is a before, second photo is after, third photo was after steaming it, turning it on to heat up for more efficient cleaning. I used steam and a rag. It’s going to need a scrubber and extra work. The steamer worked great with just wiping with a rag on my cabinets, oven, fridge doors, dishwasher and such. The grease on my cabinets from cooking came off with zero scrubbing and much easier than having soapy water and bucket. It’s too cold to try on windows right now, but overall, I’ll keep it.

I bought the cheapest steam cleaner because I’ve never used one. I’ve never been able to clean so well and I love it. If anything, I would have bought a larger one with more capacity.

I had high hopes for this product but was greatly disappointed.1. Refilling it is such a chore, as you need to unplug it, let all the pressure out before unscrewing the lid, and then plug it back in and let it heat back up again. Since the steamer is small, you will have to fill it often.2. The steam was not nearly as hot as I was hoping. After waiting for it to heat up, my couches were cold and wet after steaming a small area, definitely not what I was expecting.3. I don’t know if my product was just defective, but it leaks really bad and left a ton of water stains. I was really cautious to hold the steam upright so it wouldn’t leak, but nothing seemed to help. It let out more water than steam in many cases.4. Did not clean well. Made my couch look worse after using it as it made a ton of water stains and didn’t lift any of the existing stains.5. The cord is very short so you are very limited on how far it reaches.

I purchased this tool as I recalled having a similar Scuncii steamer many years ago. I wanted this to help with cleaning my bathroom shower doors and walls. It did a great job on the glass shower doors in partnership with scrubbing first. My frustration with this tool is that it only holds a small amount of water and therefore you have to stop a lot to refill. Additionally, in order to refill you have to wait for the appliance to cool down so you can remove the refill cap. I found this to be incredibly frustrating. At first, when I couldn't get the cap off I thought there was a trick to it so I went online to research. However, that did not seem to be the case. You just have to wait a ridiculous amount of time between refills. For that reason alone, I would not recommend the product. Unless you want a cleaning job to take twice as long.

It works great. Better than larger capacity steam cleaner that goes for $70. It actually produces good amount of steam. Recommended.

apologize for first review. I reviewed the wrong item. This has not been used yet but was taken out of the box and looked at. I like the accessories and the steam hose as I am going to use this to defrost my ice maker when it jams up. This will safer to handle that a heat gun especially when trying to hand the heat gun to someone else to hold. Wife already grabbed the metal end and burned her hand. This why this was purchased. No five star yet as it has not been used yet. may re-review after first use. I got this idea from and appliance repair person as he had one to use on my defective ice maker. New post 8-17-20 5th star added, I set up and used the steamer, love it. On feature is if too much pressure is inside the cap will not unscrew until all pressure is off. good safety feature. I tried this on some greasy stuff and like it very much.
