I bought this charm as part of a birthday gift. I was very pleased with the product however the quality of the packaging was very poor and really needs improving upon. I had to purchase a birthday box to make this charm look presentable. I gave it five stars for the charm only.

Bought for my mam off my children she loves it, expected it to come in a nomination box or packaging but just came in a little plastic wrapper other than that it’s fab
