Pretty good for home workshop
This is a great little belt and disc sander, it's not industrial strength but good for home workshop. The platform is a weakness, it takes a fair bit to level off, and the rod the holds it isn't the best. That's why I only give four stars.

Dangerous
The media could not be loaded. Like so many people at the moment we’re all counting the pennies especially heading towards winter, so taking on diy jobs makes sense. However, I went against my better judgement and thought buying a cheaper bench sander over a branded belt sander would be a good idea. The build quality is shoddy at best, screws falling out of the extractor coverings leading me to just remove them. But the real shock was just 30 mins in the motor started smoking giving off that familiar acrid burning smell when electrics are about to fail. Luckily I was outside connected to a mains isolator box but it still managed to blow all the electrics downstairs. Plz don’t take the risk with this product even for light hobby work this thing is absolutely a waste of your money, buy a decent belt sander and make a jig like I’m going to have to do.

A very useful peace of kit to my collection
I've used it for several projects and have no complaints in it's use. Ideal for any sanding work and detail sanding with the bed and disc sanding wheel. A great peace of kit for any work shed an d.i.y enthusiast. Well worth it's money

Good value with useful extras
This model is a badged version of a common model available under a number of different brands but the Dirty Pro version is a cut above.Price is the best I have found, but specifically it is supplied with a Velcro-style pad for the sanding disc. This is a crucial feature for ease of use because otherwise you need to remove the support and 4 screws and scrape the self adhesive off. With the Velcro pad it is a simple pull and push.Others reported that it stalls if you use too much pressure on the work, but I have no such problem. The motor is strong enough to continue no matter how hard I press down.I use it for pine and beech and plywood for sizing, rounding and smoothing; pointing dowels; making dominoes and finishing.I am pleased with the performance of the unit, especially at the price
