Bought at very last minute late afternoon for an unexpected facial cosmetic procedure swelling. This arrived same day in early evening as promised. I love amazon for having in stock and delivered as same day service is awesome! I did not have to leave my home with facial swelling and remain comfortable while I heal from elective procedure. This wrap is nice it comes with two sets of reusable ice packs. Soft material and Really helps a lot. Did not freeze burn my face the material qualify is well made and comfortable. I liked the Velcro because you can adjust it. Quickly freezes and can use right away. It is a one size though I have a really small face but I still was able to use. This is something to keep with multiple uses for sure. I have not used the heat but I have a feeling it’s going to still be great. I do highly recommend for convenience and price I'm satisfied.

This face ice pack wrap has been a life saver during post tonsillectomy recovery. The pack comes with 4 gel-filled ice packs, so 2 can be cooling while using the other 2 to keep swelling down and provide some amount of comfort. The Velcro ends ensure that the wrap stays fit snuggly and doesn't slide off the head while moving around. The gel packs do not completely freeze solid in a standard freezer, which is great for pressing the cold gel into one end of the pack so that the cold is focused more directly on the tonsil area than on the ears. The wrap fits an adult head well, but it might be a bit large for a child. The wrap material is entirely felt fabric, which is smooth, highly flexible and comfortable on the skin. It can easily be thrown into the wash for cleaning. The gel packs fit firmly into the pouches, and thus far have not cause the pouch seams to start tearing. This wrap will certainly come in handy for recovery from wisdom tooth extraction and other jaw area surgery, as well as for tonsillectomy recovery. Great recovery tool - highly recommend.

had a tooth extraction and bone graft and needed to ice every 30 minutes for two days. This was so convenient to be able to be hands free and has enough ice packs to do the job. It has velcro so you can adjust the wrap to cover the necessary area. The ice packs are soft and comfortable.

The way the Pak is able to hold both sides with ice, and Velcro close on top of head is great for wisdom teeth removal recovery. BUT I only give 4 stars as the material against face was just a bit too thick, not allowing the full benefit of freezing ice. Still, so very convenient!

This worked really well when i got my wisdom teeth out. The ice makes a huge difference! little to no swelling on the first day. I really like that it wraps around with velcro. For 18.99, it was definitely worth my purchase. They also give you 4 ice bags, so you can switch on and off. Lightweight and easy to use, perfect size for anyone as you can adjust the velcro. I got a plain blue one, and even my cat loves rubbing his face on it!

Excellent product for wisdom teeth removal, and honestly a godsend! Very easy to use. Was cold quickly in the freezer. Hands down the best purchase I have made in a lomg time, works excellent. I had 32 teeth pulled to get implants that included four wisdom teeth one impacted and this helped so much keeping the swelling down and being able to alternate the ice packs in the freezer. You could also put these in the microwave and use as heat packs as well. I highly recommend.

I recently used the face ice pack wrap after my wisdom teeth surgery, and it provided significant relief during the initial recovery period. The wrap is easy to use, fits comfortably around the face, and delivers targeted cooling or heating to the affected areas. The adjustable straps ensure a secure fit, making it convenient to wear without constantly readjusting. However, I noticed that after a few days of use, the pack's ability to retain its temperature diminished. While it initially stayed cold or hot for a reasonable amount of time, this duration shortened as the days went by. Despite this drawback, the wrap still offered comfort and alleviated much of the post-surgery pain and swelling. If you want to prolong the temperature, I would avoid microwaving the packs and instead soak it in boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Overall, it's a good product for immediate relief following dental procedures, but its temperature retention could be improved for longer-term use. Nonetheless, its comfort and ease of use make it a worthwhile purchase for short-term recovery needs.

Elegí este porque viene con 4 bolsas de hielo para que siempre tengas 2 listas.Honestamente, tengo 50 años y compré esto para los sofocos y también para usarlo en mis hombros cuando tengo dolores de cabeza por tensión. No he probado a calentarlos. Usé la bolsa de plástico en la que venía y coloqué las 4 bolsas de hielo en el congelador durante 2 horas según las instrucciones.Hasta ahora funciona perfecto por las razones que compré. Hace mucho frío. La mayoría de los otros no vienen con 4 paquetes de hielo, así que este fue un muy buen negocio para mí.

Fits well & the fabric feels comfortable . Gel packs are fantastic compared to normal ice packs as they mould to the contours of your face & don’t “dig” in.
