Construction isn’t the best, interesting color combo, potential for tinkering.
The hat is rather pretty but I have a few small gripes- the flowers, I feel cheapen the look somewhat and the color combination- navy, red-orange and white, is an odd one and perhaps hard to match with a dress. Would make a nice match with a pop of color for a navy&white outfit which would ordinarily have to be paired with a contrasting color hat or a navy, white or navy&white hat. Also, one of the flowers is under the rest of the hat on the small base on which the rest of the hat is built. The headband is glued permanently and is not removable so storage will be a bit of a challenge and if you don’t like the way it sits on your head, you’re basically S.O.L. It actually squeezes mine so I put a little piece of foam on each end which helps some. I think that this needs a little movement. Perhaps some white biot feathers or a little crin ornament would add to the look. With the rich navy and the bold red-orange, it would actually make a rather nice fall hat as it is.
