Has anyone tried these with oil paints?

as with all brushes you get what you pay for. Yes oil paints are ok with these try it and see it depends how you use paint oils vary , what effects are you wishing for . Experience is all, they are cheap enough and brushes dont last forever.

Are these any good for water colours?

I've used them for acrylic inks and paints but don't see why they can't be used for watercolours. The manufacturer's description says they can. They would also be animal-friendly.

Are they ok for masking fluid?

I found these brushes disintegrated on me on their very first use. They looked exactly what I wanted but shed hairs straight away on use. On cleaning the hairs rapidly fell out. So to the bin they went. They were being used for watercolour and while a perpetual nuisance to use, they didn’t damage the work. I feel that they are not fit for that purpose so I definitely couldn’t even recommend them as a possibility to use with masking. Suggest either an acrylic brush dipped in clear detergent and cleaned thoroughly afterwards or silicone foam brushes. Hope that helps. Good luck.

Can these be used for acrylic nails?

Sorry I don't know. Can be used for acrylic paints. I love them as brushes for art work.
