Q: If this diaper bag backpack with laptop pocket? I wonder if it will suitable for a dad work bag?

Yes, there is laptop pocket in back and fit for my 15 inch laptop well. I would like to use it for baby travel for one or two days, it is roomy enough and my husband would like this diaper bag for his work bag, it does not look like a diaper bag and not only a diaper bag, recommend!

The bag can fit many different bottles from wide Tommee Tippee feeding bottles to many other brands such as Medela, Comotomo, Phillips AVENT, Dr. Brown, Take and Toss and many more.

Q: I wanna buy a diaper bag backpack for dad, so my husband can take stuff outside. How is this bags room? And is there space to place ipad?

There is a pocket for a laptop behind the shoulder straps. That should fit his Ipad fine. It has plenty of room--I have not even touched the bottom compartment. Many of the smaller compartments on my bag are still empty. I am able to fit two baby outfits, diaper cream, diaper changing pad, and about twenty diapers all in the top compartment with still space to spare. I found this bag was even better than diaper bags that I saw at the store. I am a female and even though there were many 'cute' options, they aren't even as close to being as comfortable or versatile as this bag. I would recommend this bag to anyone!

I put my daughter's clothes, milk bottle, diapers and towels into the diaper backpack, it can fit it.
