Do these have a bad smell or taste?

They are capsules so they don't have a taste. Mine do not smell but I have had some where the bottle smelled and it was normal.

cannot see side panel, does this have gelatin , the 250 count says it does, how can it if it is a capsule?

The side label says other ingredients: rice flour, gelatin (capsule), magnesium stearate (vegetable source) and silica.

Is this product made from cow or pig or is it plant based?

Hi, I am a vegan now. All Pancreatin products are made from pigs. Here it is not mentioned and I believe they are too made from pig. I have stopped all pancreatin meds. Please try to take 6 to 7 times very small qty of meals instead of 2 to 3 heavy meals. limit meat and take more vegs and fruits. Hope it helps. God bless
