Not a good fit for heavier photography equipment.

Would buy another one if issued in my favorite color - dark green!
Best tripod for heavy-weight camera & lens. Not cheap or flimsy like many of those other tripods currently available. Very high quality and my second purchase of this same tripod so far. You'll get years of satisfaction and good heavy-duty use out of this one.Would buy another one if issued in my favorite color - dark green!

Love it. But then this happened.
I would have given this 5 stars because I fell in love with it right away, however my mint condition tripod suddenly now has a portion of one leg that falls all the way out when you loosen it. Small problem for some, however I do not want to be in the isle for a wedding shoot and have the tripod leg fall off. I hope they can help me with a part it needs or something.

Heavy duty and light weight
Defiantly my favorite travel tripod. The aluminum body with the rubber grips make it very easy to use. I usually keep it strapped to the side of my camera bag so it has hit a few things when I'm trying to get around and it has held up very well and the fact that it is only 2.75 lbs is great. I love that you can adjust the angle of the legs to make them wider if you want and the locks on the legs are great. I had big enough hands that i can grab all four locks to turn them at once which makes it really quick and easy to extend and close the legs. the ball head on this tripod is great as well. It makes it very easy to position the camera where I need it. this truly is a great travel tripod. Sunpak TravelLite Pro Reverse Folding 63' Tripod Black with red accents

Solid and Strong
I've been using the TravelLite Pro for 5 months straight now and in some pretty adverse conditions. The TravelLite Pro has not let me down. Although it's listed as having a 6.6 pound maximum for cameras, it should be noted that I was able to hang a 25 lb. bag from the center hook with no trouble. The TravelLite Pro is solid for a 3.5 lb tripod. I'm sure to be using this for quite some time now.

Defective after a couple times of use
I bought this product about 6 months ago and started using it a week ago. One of the legs already came loose after a short time of usage. I wish I could find a manufacturer homepage that I can claim a replacement!
