Ikea Plastic Led Usb Lamp, Black, Pack of 1

So small but powerful. The cable stays however you bend it so that you can focus the light in any direction.And the most important thing: the colour of the light. It’s warm-yellow not white. I absolutely hate the white LED lights that have overtaken our world: from the streets to homes. I hate how they hurt my eyes and how everything looks so ugly. Thankfully, this is not white and not harsh.Wonderful little product from IKEA.

It's small in size. Built strong and the light is quite bright. But it's expensive. the price should not be more than 200. I hope it lasts longer than the generic USB lights, then the cost can be justified.

Useful stuff.. durability not sure

I am writing this review after using the lamp for 1.5yr. I have used this product each and every night since i purchased it. And i keep it on for the entire night. Yes entire night for full 1.5yr and product is working absolutely fine!! Works as goood as new.Even if i travel, i take it everywhere i go cz I have young kids who need to use the bathroom at night. Also for reading books before sleeping...its just perfect.It need to be plugged into an adapter( phone charging adapter) which goes into the electrical socket. So till the time the switch is on, the lamp is shining bright.The bulb is connected to a flexible rod which is sturdy. My kids have played rotate the lamp so many times in these years and still nothing has happened to the lamp rod or the bulb.A must buy!

Ikea should call this " jansjo petite" . The build qulity is like a tackier fake version of the larger clip mounted jansjo . The lense feels cheap acrylicky . Otherwise it does what its meant to do flawlessly . Very handy , can be used for reading , I have a duracell power bank which autoswitches off after 2 minutes so haven't been able to test it ( but logically seems fine) over a long period , battery consumption etc . I'm using this as a replacement for my 11 year old clipon jansjo which finally died . Though no where as powerful it works fine ( even easier ) as a reading light , with re-alignments in between . I've just connected it to my phone charger (with its existing extension) . No mention in the specifications about this . No reply to a question about this use which I had asked earliar . So hoofing it . Suggest a base with an extention which can plug into a charger which also has a on/off button , an naturally it has to be ikea designed .Only adding that this is my repeat purchase !

Easy compact for travel , gives enough light

The product is what it says, a led usb light. Not too bright but just right. The only thing I didn’t like about it, the reason for my 4 stars is there’s no on off button, you have to plug it out and in everytime.
