THIS REALLY WORKS!
I was advised by my Urologist that I have an overactive bladder with urges to frequently and very little coming out. I was given a two week free trial prescription for GEMTESA which helped a little. Then when I got a call from my pharmacy for a 30 day prescription I was told that it would cost $545! So I went on Amazon and purchased this with a nice discount and my problems are gone!! This was, by far, the best purchase of my life. It was under $20 and it works great with no side effects unlike the other drugs that gave me diarrhea. Would highly recommend!

Do your research first!
I took this for three days and on the fourth day I was so sick with dizziness. Not sure why I had that reaction , just wanted to share my experience.

i usually don't write reviews, but wanted to let ppl know how thankful I am for this product. I take two at 7 each nite and has helped so much with nighttime rushes to the toilet. And I definitely know if I forget or don't take them because have the awful urge that goes with over active bladder. So please try them, they really work for me
