The massage is great. However, During the massage, the massage pulls me up and up .. and like the picture. My friend is tall and the chair is very short, but the chair can’t move back or up.

if anything ever goes wrong with this chair you can forget any kind of product support. they will NEVER answer their phone. I've tried for 6 months . great chair for as long as it lasts.

We have been looking for a massage chair for our family room. I purchased a foot & calf massager from Human Touch a while back and everyone loves it, so I figured I would look into some chairs. I’ve sat in massage chairs before and they usually have one roller thing that just goes down your back. I sat in a pretty expensive massage chair at a store and it went all the way down to the glute area, but even then it was the same roller. I picked this one because the description said it could massage your back and seat at the same time. That is really amazing. You feel like your whole body is being worked on. I’m 5’6” and I can get a full neck and back massage. My husband is 6’ and he can get a neck massage if he slouches a bit, and he says it’s still very comfortable. I did wonder if this chair would be big enough for us. Overall, really great purchase. I expect it to be a very popular place to sit when we have guests over the holidays.

This is better than it's predecessor. Like the neck massage and I like that I can move the pillow or even take it off because you can feel the rollers better. Actually massages gluts. And best of all, it doesn't take up a lot of room.
