19.5V 3.9A FOR SONY VAIO VGP-AC19V28 LAPTOP CHARGER - ECP

Ordered this as my sony original suddenly expired with no warning, read the reviews before ordering because I've heard dire tales of what some of these cheap power supplies can do, ordered this quite late on a thurs night paying for the next day delivery but not really expecting it to arrive until monday, how wrong can I be ? sat morning it arrived, well packed and in one piece, plugged it in and hey presto I'm back in buisness, been in pretty much constant use since it arrived and works perfectly and if anything it runs a bit cooler than the sony original did,so definitely a highly reccomended from me !!

i was really pleased to be able to replace the charger as i wasnt sure i could.my daughter is happy as she thought that it was the battery which would have been expensive so very pleaed that the laptop works perfectly now. i would buy from this company again.

The power supply work well and does not overheat. I would say that it is more stable than the original and handles the load of 8 or 9 usb peripherals. Runningi 2 months constant no issues.

We ordered this for our laptop as the original one stopped working. It does the job but seems to heat up quiet quickly.

This lead was a replacement as it happened, replacing like for like. The retailer dealt with this matter quickly, courteously and with expediency. For this reason plus the fact I have used this retailer twice, I would recommend this store to anyone. This high level of customer service and prompt despatch has not gone un-noticed!
