does this come with a dispenser?

No it doesn't, it's ment to be poured into a hose end sprayer.

If I use it with an injector into a hose line, and it is sprayed from a sprinkler head, will it affect the leaves? Burn the leaves?

I used it witha hand feeder and sprayed all the plants leaves and all did not effect the leaves.and it was sunny next day and mid 80s but what I learned in horticulture class should always do early morning or evening not in direct sunlight because will cause leaves to burn so if you do do it that way do early morning or late evening to lessen the chance of burning leaves have a great day

Will this burn my plants if sprayed on them?

Use 7 oz of fertilizer per gal of water( every week to 14 days) for in ground plants and your plants will not burn, I use 2 tablespoons per gal of water every time I water for potted plant.
