Disappointed. The finish is poor, the joins are rough and the clips to hold the back in place are stiff and one broke on the first use. There is no backing paper so unless your picture is exactly the right size you have an ugly cardboard type boarder showing from the back, so you need to line it yourself. On the plus side, from a distance and from the front they look fairly presentable

Although it arrived promptly and was well packaged, this a low quality frame. The styrene instructions state it has protective film on and to remove it before use. It doesn’t have the film on and was all scratched. The styrene looked like it had been cut by hand, jagged edges and a poor fit. This was for a last minute gift so will have to use without the styrene. Shame as the sizing is good.

It served a purpose is so much as I was able to frame a cross stitch in it - which is what I wanted it for, but the frame itself was "untidy" and the edges were a bit battered. It was only for a daft Christmas gift so I didn't bother reporting it to the seller - I wouldn't have had time to get a replacement anyway

This is a really cheap and badly made frame, painted silver with a thin perspex 'glass'..The packaging was better quality..The perspex was cracked when I opened the box..But the return box was huge to try and return..

This picture frame was as described by the seller except that the seller does not mention that the front of the frame is plastic and not glass as expected. In any event it was good value and was perfect for mounting my nephews picture that he drew for me during lockdown. I would recommend this product and will be buying additional frames to mount other pictures.

While the wood frame is of good quality, the plastic was so badly cut, it was unusable.The sellers were understanding and prompt to provide a refund and delivery label, but there was no QR code option, just a stick-on label, and as I have no printer, it would be too much hassle (and cost, given no return postage is included) to send it back, so I'll just chuck it.

Low quality product. Gaps in the corners with cheap staples. Took a while to come as well.Most annoying thing was that it didn't have a piece of backing paper inside like the picture. So my picture which is slightly smaller has a brown wooden border around it now.I have never seen a frame in my life that doesn't come with a blank piece of paper in it.

Ideal frame for print.Good quality had a slight problem as screen looked cracked contacted seller who promptly replied .we stupidly had not removed the protective film on the plastic front.There is protection on both sides.The frame now looks even better with no defects.Great service and excellent product.
