333lb Fishing Magnet - Super Strong Pull Force Neodymium Magnets (151kg) - Recover Objects from Rivers & Lakes (2.36” ; 60mm)

The seller's listing states "IMPORTANT-Threadlocker has already been applied to help keep the eyebolt from backing out!" However, when I opened both of my magnet boxes the first thing I see are WARNING cards (see photo) warning that I may need to apply threadlocker depending on my application. This card seems to indicate that there is no threadlocker already applied to the magnets. I took mine apart because I wasn't going to use the supplied screw and eyenut and found that it already had threadlocker installed. So, regardless of what the WARNING card says, DO NOT DISMANTLE the magnets to put threadlocker on the screw threads because it is already there. These are great magnets. They are of great quality and very strong. I can highly recommend them.

If you have not tried these rare earth magnets you will not believe how strong they are. Fit and finish on this magnet is very good. When stuck to a bare steel I-beam (333# magnet) it can not be pulled off, it must be pulled to the side.I am using these magnets to recover iron items from old hand dug wells.

NOT strong enough to catch a terminator

I unfortunately had a misshap the ring came undone and I lost the magnet in the water. But thanks to the amazing customer service. I am back to magnet fishing! Very powerful magnet for the size! I highly recommend to everyone!

We bought this to try to find a list item. We found a lot of lost things(fish hook, Bobby pin, paper clips and lots of shavings)! One word of advise is to put a piece of plastic over it, because it will pick up everything that is metal! And small shavings don’t come off easily!!! Great item!

Bought for my grandson to use at lake. We haven't tried it there yet but he has joyfully tested it on everything in his house and found some old nails/washers.etc in his yard,The magnet is very strong and should result in some interesting "finds" once we get it over to our dock on the lake.The instructions and other reviews recommend threadlock on the eyebolt/screw when assembling. Without that, the screw could easily loosen resulting in a loss of the magnet.

I didn't pay attention to the size description and didn't realize how lite it would be. Because of its size, I may have trouble getting some distance on the toss. Great product, but I'll probably end up getting a heavier magnet.

This is a great quality magnet! I was looking for a smaller diameter magnet to fish at my local park’s pond that the bottom is practically all quarry stone. It skips right through all the rocks, takes a beating, and looks great. Quest makes a quality magnet.
