The batteries dont fit right..
The remote seems to work perfectly, you can hardly tell the difference with this remote, and the true Samsung brand remote when it comes to product quality. However, when you put batteries in for it to work, the back plate does not, and will not attached properly leaving it halfway open and closed. That is the reasoning for the 3 stars.
