PLS read before you buy!!!!!
Good pc however they cheap you out on the components. For starters, this pc is good however since getting it ive upgraded nearly every component apart from the cpu and gpu. i believe they cheap you out on the components, and for the price you pay i dont think it is worth it. I recommend buying the case and the parts individually as you will get better quality components and the pc will be a better performer overall. i didnt realise it but the case cyberpower had was so small and it was such a small pc when it arrived, and for the price i was dissapointed, an example of cheaped out components, miniature case, the corsair iquid cooler had one fan, motherboard is pretty poor and has not RGB headers. So basically make your own pc its not that hard.

Blue Screens
My experience with buying this computer was really poor. As the title says, the computer blue screened, unfortunately. At first, Cyberpower's tech support and I suspected it was my fault for corrupting Windows by my own actions as a user, but after re-installing it from a USB drive and formatting the disks (that basically eliminates any software-related issues) it still blue screened. Refunded it and got my money back. Went looking for a PC elsewhere instead. In addition to that main problem, I was unhappy with the lack of updates by Cyberpower after placing my order - it's a huge purchase, yet I literally heard nothing from them, nobody told me at any point what stage in the building process the PC is in or anything. Furthermore, there was no contact from the company after I had taken delivery of the PC either. Everything you buy off Amazon these days results in some form of customer aftercare message. Just to put this into perspective, the company I bought a £15 extension lead from (you know, to plug my new £2340 PC into) reaches out to me and a representitive introduces themselves and gives me their details should I need to contact them for whatever reason. The company from which I buy a £10 Display Port cable to connect to my monitor reaches out and does the same. CyberpowerUK doesn't bother with any of that, though. In addition, I was disappointed with Cyberpower's lack of remote tech support assistance. Troubleshooting the blue screens was a long and annoying process but one thing that stood out to me is how they refused to use any sort of TeamViewer-type software to have a specialist take a look at the PC for any easy-to-spot issues - that was really frustrating as a customer with little to no knowledge of computers, knowing that there might be something obvious that you've missed but the company doesn't care to have a look - they would rather you mail the computer back as a first course of action. Again, to give you an example - the new PC I just bought from a competitor had a small issue where the HDD was unplugged, probably during transit - the very first thing they do after I ring them up about the HDD not showing up? They have me install a little program for the engineer to check a couple of things from within Windows, the result is the issue is quickly narrowed down to a connection, we open the case while on the phone and solve it. Wow, amazing!Overall, it was an experience of over a month full of frustration and stress, I'm glad it's over and I hate writing negative stuff but despite the overwhelming positive reviews, the PC I got just crashed and there's no way around it.

Good specs for an honest price
I almost cancelled my order after reading horror stories of CyberpowerPC skimping on parts (especially the motherboard and PSU) and installing fans wrong etc. But after examining the components after I received it, my concerns were gone. Here is a list of parts that came with the build:Intel Core i5-9600KFCooler Master MasterLiquid Lite 120Asus PRIME Z390-PADATA XPG GAMMIX D10 2x8 GB DDR4-2400Intel 660p 512 GBSeagate Barracuda Compute 2 TBMSI GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER 8 GB VENTUS OCCorsair iCUE 220TCorsair VS650As you can see, all parts are name brand stuff, and they didn't skimp on the GPU either. IF YOU WERE TO BUY THESE EXACT PARTS SEPARATELY IN THE UK AND BUILD YOUR OWN, YOU WOULDN'T HAVE SAVED A LOT OF MONEY, IF AT ALL. Granted for a build with these headline specs, I would've supported it with faster RAM and a less entry-level motherboard, and maybe opt for a CPU air cooler instead, but the machine runs fine for my needs. I have been hitting 144fps in Forza Horizon 4 on a 1440p screen with ultra settings on.My only complain (-1 star) is that for some reason they chose not to use the stock fans that came with the case but fit it with their own propriety 6-pin RGB fans. There is absolutely no way of dialling down the fan speed and your machine will sound like a wind tunnel. I had to order my own case fans which are able to interface with the motherboard for speed control. This will cost you around £25-£40 extra (for non-RGB ones). All in all I think this is a pretty good buy if you are lucky to get the same components that I have. However there is no guarantee that you will receive the same in the future unless their Amazon listing becomes more transparent about which components they use.

Didn’t work! Sent back.
Arrived and took out of the box, looked good. We connected as per instructions. Power stayed on for 5 seconds then switched off again continually. Tried several times - sent back for a refund.

Much more than I expected
I've been gaming for a long long time now, however I've been gaming on a gaming laptop for the past few years. The laptop was getting too old and started dying so I knew it was time to switch. I did a lot of research online about buying prebuilt PCs etc. and found that this one was the best value for my budget. I've had it for almost 2 weeks now and it runs like a monster. I run everything on ultra settings (Overwatch I get 140+ FPS, apex legends 90+ FPS) without any spikes or stuttering. I'm currently running it on a 1080p 60Hz monitor so to get the best out of the PC I would need to get a 1440p one. It's also quiet considering how heavy of a machine it is and the ability to change the LED settings with a remote is also really cool.It has good ventilation too to prevent overheating (there is actually a dust cover ontop of the PC which can be taken on or off really easily) and the cooling system works really well. Overall, I highly recommend buying this and am very pleased with it.Edit after over a year: PC still running amazingly like it was on the first day I got it. I have had no issues at all with it except for one tiny issue which the support team helped me resolve instantly. Still very pleased!
