Domo in the World Board book – September 1, 2011

I didn't realize this was a board book or I probably wouldn't have ordered it in the first place. My kid is 6 and reading at a second grade level (oops). He loves Domo so much that he lost his mind when he got the book and totally loves it. It made his day and it's an easy read for him so it doubles as a confidence booster for him. Book is very sturdy and Domo is cute as always!

Somehow I missed the fact that this was haiku when I ordered it...frankly, I just wanted a Domo book for my Domo obsessed son (age 6).I'm a poet and occasionally write haiku myself, so I'd previously explained what that was to my son. Imagine my surprise when I started reading this lovely little book to him! It was a perfect reinforcement of what I had taught.Of course adults who are Domo fans would enjoy the adorable photos and simple verse...but for a kid, it's even better. My older daughter (11) got a kick out of it too.Very kid-friendly writing -- funny & sweet.It was a big hit and I totally recommend it!

Our family loves DOMO. He's difficult to locate anymore. He was everywhere about 7 years ago! Lets bring DOMO back!

Domo...who can't love Domo. This book is a collection of tableaux, often really funny, or Domo coursing his way through the year. It is printed on havilt laminated cardboard with great colorwork. Anyone who loves Domo will love owning this book. Anyone who dosn;t love Domo, be very suspicious of...I gave it four stores because you can't help being so sad when you've gotten to the last page. It should be longer.

Domo + haiku = awesome.What more is there to say?!The photos/haiku span all seasons and are a really fun read.

I saw this and I love the Domo plush toy key chain I had, so I had to get it. The humor in this book is great. It is fit for adults as well as kids. The text inside is in Haiku.Perfect for a toy that originated in Japanese anime cartoons. Very funny. I can't wait for another board book of Domo
