Excellent for Home Studio or small band. Sturdy and quality sound output
Excellent for small home studio and bands. Sturdy and quality sound output. The volume knobs feel loose and cheap but does the work pretty well. I use it with a Soundcraft mixer and 50% volume itself is too loud and doesn’t get distorted until you reach 90% volume. Has a Led power indicator which is good but does not have a power on/off switch which could have been a good- but no complaints. I would recommend this product 100%.

Better than behringer h 400
I have tested both behringer h400 and Mackie hm 4. From my opinion 1. bulit quality of hm 4 is better than h 400. 2.packaging quality of hm4 is better. 3.weight of hm4 is more, which make it more stability for Maintaining it's place.(displacement will less) Now about sounds quality. Sound quality of both amp are similar, here behringer got louder volume while hm4 have balance . Sounds quality of both product is not up to the mark, actually these amp are only working as splitter. Not good for mixing and mastering. But ok for recording and hearing music. But in this price range it's ok ,both product works good. If you ask which one to buy definitely I will say Mackie hm4, And if you need louder sounds go for h400. But for headphones both product have enough power to distorted you headphones speaker. If you want to connect speaker in it definitely go for behringer h400.

Lovely product
Built quality is good , but i can hear noise when the volume nob is set to 80-100, but it doesn’t matter because no body hears that loud, its good for having a multiple output but i would not suggest for mixing i felt some changes in sound

Best in class
I will use the HM 4 for video production i.e separate headphones for TD, Camera op and CG person. You can use this in other studio applications as well. Just go for it. Thank you Sonotone!

Not upto the mark
Slight disturbance is comming while there is no signal from the input and when we increase above 40% of volume, when the input signal comes it's not significant, I bought one cheaper one that is better than this

Best In Class Audio Amp
The best thing about this amp is it's one of it's own kind. You'll get the crystal clear clarity in headphones. Go for it

Quite useful if your band has backing tracks playing live
Works great, I'm not sure about what to say about battery life, since it comes with a 12V adapter, and needs power. But that's completely fine being a 4 way stereo headphone amp.
