The most important thing for me is that it is chemical free. It took a few tries to figure out the protection level, but fine after that got worked out. I think some will miss the "silky feel" of the commercial brands, but that feel comes from a chemical protect, so you're better off without it. The price is good as well.

I like the product a lot, but the box contained a coupon that expired in 2013. So disappointed to get tampons that are several years old.

I used to use o.b. tampons but quit using tampons altogether a couple years ago after learning more about the chemicals used and because they are just so darn expensive. There are times, however, that a tampon is what I need (if I'm biking or swimming) and these are working perfectly for me. The insert, just like the o.b. tampons do and have a similar appearance and fit. While in use I can't feel it until it is time to change it, this is not the case with some of the other brands I have used. These tampons are great because they protect like they should and I feel better about using them since they are free of pesticides. It is also great that they cost half as much as many of the other brands.
