Can these be individually calibrated?

No. They are all set up together.

Will this auto-power-off to conserve battery? If so how can that be overridden - I would like it to be always on.

Hold the max button while turning on the power.

1. Can the unit be calibrated? 2. Can it stay on more than a few minutes? 3.Do you have temp probes that can use more of the range of the main unit?

Not sure if it can be calibrated, I just compared it to other thermometers. It does stay on for a few minutes. I use three different types of probes.

Does this have audible alarms?
