A crisp view of the Mughal Emperor
Parvati Sharma has done justice in gifting us a detailed account on the Mughal Emperor, Jahangir when there are very few authentic books available on Jahangir in the online platforms. It was a pleasure reading such a well-researched book. Jahangir, the only prince who inherited more than he achieved. Waiting for more works from Parvati Sharma.

Book is really well written but it is somehow got damaged by the courier services anyway the fault is minimum. Hence, I didn't return it.About the book :It is very nicely written and Parvati sharma searched it brilliantly.You all should go through this book ❤

Overall, this account is a must read for history aficionados. Jahangir wasn’t able to find a great chronicler in his times to write down his biography, but today it seems, if Parvati Sharma was alive in the 17th century, certainly this work would have been bestowed on her. Better late than never, we have finally found an account on Jahangir’s life which is not plagued by any kind of propaganda. In this well researched biography, Parvati depicts Jahangir as an astute ruler, a conscientious administrator, a keen observer of societal arrangements and the dynamics of social change in the world around him, a large swathe of which he ruled.

Lyrical biography
An absolutely brilliant work of non-fiction. The writing style is so beautiful, not even for a minute did it feel like I was reading about someone's life. It felt like a beautifully woven story in which I could get lost in order to find comfort.

Book is nice... Writer does it well.. But if the book contain some more details then it will b fulfilled from every portion... English sentences are easy to understand....

Beautifully and Intelligently told
An extremely well-written biography. Meant for the intelligent reader who can appreciate the complexity of all historical figures. Tells the story of the Mughal prince and, later, emperor with gentleness and eloquence.
