Worked fine for 3 months
UPDATE: customer service reached out to me and took care of the problem. They were very understanding. New product sent is working perfectly.Highly recommendedBought these in July for a pond. They were submerged in the water and then they just started flickering. Tried troubleshooting and could not make them stop flickering. Now they just stopped working. Could not get a hold of customer service

Garbage...
They seemed nice and bright at first, but...These lights completely failed after a little more than a month being used about 4 hours an evening. First the red spectrum colors failed to work, then the greens, then nothing at all. All within 3 days time. From day one the remote would only work within 8-10 feet, line-of-sight, but I figured not a big issue since I wasn’t going to be changing the colors often. My mistake, it should have been a sign of bad things to come. The first of the last days of life for these lights, i noticed the outer ring of red lights were not working. Switched to green and they all worked, next day I looked them over and saw nothing wrong visually besides red not working at all now. The same night, suddenly they went out for no reason. Now I only had solid blue. Looked at the purchase date and realized out I was SOL on trying to return them. The next night they failed to light up at all. Put a new battery in the remote, nothing. Tried the switch on the cord, nope... Brought them all in and opened them up and found no water or moisture in any of the lights and the cord was undamaged. As other reviews have noted about the plug and controller not being waterproof, this should not have been an issue as the outlet it was plugged into has a waterproof cover that completely enclosed both.Absolutely no idea why these failed!

BRIGHT
These lights work very well. The colors are beautiful and they are very bright. I purchased them to be able to put in my swimming pool and while they do work under the water, I was unable to get them to stick to the sides of the pool while in the water. Maybe if I were to drain the pool, then stick the lights are refill the pool they might have stuck as they are intended to. Also, the cord between the lights is not very long. I wanted to put 4 lights across from each other in the pool and due to the short cord I was unable to do this and would have to purchase probably 3 more sets to go around my 22 ft round pool. I used zip ties to hold them onto the pool railing and have them facing down towards the water and did get a beautiful effect just not what I was looking for.

Worth the Money!
These lights are very bright and it is an awesome feature that you may adjust the color and pattern of the lights via remote control. Package was received in a very timely manner. Lights were very easy to install. The only issue that I had was that the suction cups would not stick to the Arizona flagstaff stones, or large smooth boulder rocks that I have on the base of my pond. I had to manipulate the cords to go beneath the rocks to weigh the lights down to hold them in place. This was a huge improvement over my boring all white warm lights that I had before and an upgrade from 3 lights to 4. It adds some life into my yard. You will not regret this purchase! :)

So far light is working but suction cups do not
The light is working good so far. It’s nice and bright. The problem is the suction cups. They do not hold for more than a day or two after which the light floats to the surface. Need to find a way to anchor the light down.Would be a better product if the light was heavier

Works for what I needed...
The media could not be loaded. This is not what the light was designed for, but the multiple LEDs, flat lens, and IR controller in the cable made it the best solution to my problem. The fiber optic light source for the Christmas tree hasn't worked in years. This year, we were faced with replacing the incandescent mini lights or tossing the 21 year old tree. We decided to restring it with LED mini lights. It occurred to me while working on it, that an LED spotlight might work to get the fiber optics working again.I bought two styles of mini spotlights. Both had pros and cons with their color effects on the tree, and both could be installed in the tree base by removing the lights' base. However, the other light had the IR receiver in the light itself, and the thick plastic tree base prevented use of the remote control.I've included images of the open tree base with the old light and the new, to give any other DIYers a bit of inspiration.Between the mini lights, new clips, and this spotlight, I've updated this old tree with new tech for less than $70 and maybe 16 hours of work. (Replacing the light in the base took 2-3 hours.)
