Great product and Perfect for foot problems!
Originally I bought two pair and now I'm buying my third pair a year later. I have foot problems on both feet (Morton's Neuroma on the right and painful calluses on the outside left sole), and these work great! They're the only insoles I've found that are reasonably priced and that stay in place.I've tried all different kinds of pads for metatarsalgia. I've tried the pads that you stick to the insole inside the shoe, the pads on the elastic bands that you slip on your foot, and other 3/4 insoles. Once you put these in your shoe with the insole all the way back against the heel, you slip your foot in and the insoles will stay perfectly in place. I used to have to buy only shoes with very soft insoles and was not be able to wear any shoes with flat hard insoles like chucks sneakers. With these, I can wear ANY shoe that has a back (no flip flops) and walk around all day without any problems. If I don't wear these and am on my feet more than a couple of hours, my Morton's Neuroma starts to swell right up and both feet hurt. They're easy to wash by hand and dry in about 30 minutes. You can wash them and wear them the next day. The only downside is that these are very rigid, which is good because they provide a consistent level of support for your feet even after a year of wearing them, but it would be nice if the heel part had a little more give.

They fit, they stay put within the shoe, they really help prevent pain
I asked my arthritis doctor what to do about metatarsal pain. It came on fairly suddenly a year ago. Her answer was: you can either do nothing and suffer; get inexpensive inserts and suffer; go to a podiatrist and get an expensive prescription for even more expensive inserts; or buy high-quality inserts yourself that aren't cheap, but they'll probably do the job. So I tried the Pedifix Arch Cradles, XX Large (Men's 13-14) .Excellent product ! I tried cheaper ones in the past, with predictable poor results. These served me well on two recent working stays in China, 8 weeks each time. Having no motorized transportation, I had to walk several miles each day. Without insoles it would have been painful (as I learned on a previous working-abroad trip). The Pedifix gave my aging arches the proper support they needed. Also neat: they have a bottom surface resembling a set of suction cups, so they have never slipped in my shoes. I bought two pairs so far, and will probably get a third pair so I can just leave them in the respective shoes.

NOT AS GOOD AS PREVIOUS VERSION
A serious disappointment compared to the previous version, but it's still the best 3/4 insole I've found (which isn't saying TOO much since others are generally crap). Disappointed because (1) the wider heel cup is not as secure in heel-holding and (2) their sizing is more generic (they used to come in exact sizes such as 8, 9, 10, etc. (But now they come in size 9/10, 11/12, etc. I'm sure they did this to reduce stocking and increase their profit margin -- to the detriment of customers who are better served by exact fitting. But, as I said, it's still the best 3/4 insole I've found. Good metatarsal bump (though it should be thicker!), decent arch support (though it should be higher!). They seem to have made it more generic. A real shame. Hey Pedifix, go back to your original excellent product!

Ordering another pair right now..
These arch cradles are life savers. Many years ago, I found an arch support that I loved. I loved them so much, I bought 5 pairs. Now that they are all worn out, I haven't been able to find that brand anymore.I tried several different versions from different brands, and they all went back. I finally stumbled on these, and they are the only thing I can wear. If I don't have these in my shoes, my feet ache in just a few minutes. As a note, these are a hard plastic, not foam or soft. As such, if you aren't used to them, they can feel uncomfortable at first. You will want to try to ease into them, and then use them for a few days before you pass judgement. The best thing I can say is I don't notice when they are in my shoes, but I definitely do notice when they aren't.

Really Stiff
I tried to give these a shot, but honestly they are just too stiff and ultimately wind up hurting my feet. I guess they might be good if they fit you perfectly, but I'm well past the point of being able to return them even after giving them a fair shake, so I guess make sure you love them out of the box or return them sooner rather than later.

Tried many insoles, this one works for me.
Develop PF several months ago, with severe pain in my right heel and ankle. Tried several different insoles all promising instant relief. None worked, except this one. I don’t fully understand the mechanics involved, but regardless of the shoes I put them in, my pain is reduced. Just ordered 2 more pair. Worth every penny.
